As part of the Hawk Mountain Council Annual Program Launch, we have compiled a list of resources that can assist your unit as you plan your upcoming Scouting year. Most of these resources are located on the Scouting.org website to provide the latest information.
Please visit the tabs below to help you have a successful and safe Scouting year!
Transferring Youth / Adults
Check out the handy guide for transferring members HERE.
If you have any questions or run into any issues, please contact Vickie or Cole at the main office at 610.926.3406 or you can click their names to send them a quick email!
*Special notes for transfers around a member’s renewal time*
Individual member renewal windows are two months prior to expiration – there are sometimes issues with transfer during this period. If able, please either do it before the window opens, or after their new membership year begins.
For AOL Scouts: If you are a Pack, don’t assume the Troop is paying for the youth crossing over – check in with them to make sure the youth are renewed somewhere so there is not a lapse in membership.

Incident Reporting
What gets reported?
- Any injury or illness at a Scouting function where first aid or additional medical treatment at an outside facility is needed.
- Any known or suspected case of Youth Protection violations.
Why report?
- Reporting helps us to identify potential gaps in program safety and allows us to make the program better while also making it safer.
To download a sheet of 10 incident reporting cards that you can print out, click HERE. They print great on 8.5 x 11 paper but are also sized to print on Avery 28371 (business card) sheets for easy separating.
Please fill out the form below. If you have any questions, please call the main office at 610.926.3406.
