A special day camp program for Cub Scouts starting the Tiger Cub program. A fun-filled week for parents and Scouts with games, crafts, fishing, nature programs, outdoor skills, shooting sports, and more! The program will start at 6:30PM and end by 8:30PM so that parents or grandparents don’t have to take a day off of work. We will have camp no matter the weather, so pack accordingly! Camp will provide a light snack during camp, but families are free to bring additional items along. Camp costs $75 per Scout; parents/grandparents are free.
Southern Berks Day Camp
A special day camp program for Cub Scouts starting the Wolf & Bear programs. A week fun with games, crafts, fishing, nature programs, outdoor skills, shooting sports, and more! Program will start at 9AM and end at 4PM. Lunch will not be provided and scouts are encouraged to pack their own. We will have camp rain or shine, so pack accordingly! Scouts and leaders should pack a lunch each day. Camp costs $125 per Scout; Leaders are free.
Summer Camp Kickoff Meeting
Cub Scout Camping and Scouts BSA Camping will have separate meeting times at the same location.
BALOO Training
Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO) is training for Cub Scout leaders who wish to take their packs or dens on outdoor camping trips. While not required to be considered position trained, it is required before taking Cub Scouts on a camping trip.

BALOO will be offered the same weekend as IOLS (Intro to Outdoor Leader Skills), which is a required training for Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters in Scouts BSA Troops. If you are a Webelos Den Leader or expect to continue volunteering with a Scouts BSA Troop, we encourage you to also sign up for this weekend’s IOLS course so that you are prepared when you cross over or to give your Webelos a bigger perspective of what awaits them in Scouts BSA. You can also sign up for IOLS on Tentaroo.

ScoutQuest is a fun-filled camporee weekend for Scouts and Venturers filled with friendly competition, Scout spirit, and PRIZES!
This year will have a Superhero Theme – Scouts and Venturers are real-life superheroes and this weekend will put their skills to the test.
Past competitions have included the following activities:
- Pioneering challenges
- Gateway competitions
- Campfire cooking contests
- Building catapults
- First aid skills challenges
- Outdoor skills challenges
Scouts BSA Troops are encouraged to invite Webelos from their Cub Packs.
