Shooting Classic 2023

April 21 @ 11:30 AM - 7:00 PM

  • « Program Launch 2023
  • Herbie Helper Days »

The 10th annual Shooting Classic will take place on April 21, 2023, at the South End Gun Club, 5330 Lorane Rd, Reading, PA 19606.  The Shooting Classic is a fun and competitive event to raise money to support the young women and young men of the Hawk Mountain Council. In the event’s first nine years, we raised over $540,000!

The day begins with a Novice Shooter Instruction Station at 11:30 am. Registration and lunch begin at 11:30 am. At 12:45 pm, we will have an opening ceremony and a safety briefing. The competition kicks off at 1:00 pm and is followed by dinner, a raw bar, social time, silent auction, and the awards ceremony.

Each participant shoots 100 trap targets and receives a commemorative shooter gift and 12-gauge shells. Squads are five participants. You may sign up as an individual and we will put you with a squad. You may also register with a full or partial squad.

To register for this fundraiser or for sponsorship information, please refer to the attached 2023 Shooting Classic Flyer.
