October 19, 2019 @ 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Free
  • « Cub Adventure Day Session 1
  • Scouts BSA Leader Specific Training »

The Thrive National Webinar is required attendance for members of the Lodge Executive Committee (Officers, Chairmen and Advisers), but all members of the lodge and invited to join us for an important National webinar to chart the direction of the Order of the Arrow as part of the BSA program.  Lodges across the country will be participating to learn where we are and where we are going. The event will be live-streamed, and there will be interactive sessions, discussion groups, etc, led by the National Chief and other National Officers.

We have secured the facilities of the Berks County Fire Training Center, 895 Morgantown Rd, Reading, PA 19607 (along PA Rt 10  south of Reading), to hold this important event.

There is no fee for this event, but you must register so we know how many to expect. Seating is limited. Pizza and Refreshments will be served.

You can register for Thrive here:
https://hawkmountain.tentaroo.com/event/4236/16422/OA-THRIVE-Webinar

PLEASE NOTE: At the conclusion of the Thrive National Webinar at 5pm, we will hold our regular October Lodge Executive Committee Meeting. LEC meetings are typically held the 3rd Sunday of the month, but having it after Thrive will allow us to conduct business without coming out on two consecutive days.  There will be NO LEC on Sunday, Oct 20.

More information about the Thrive National Webinar can be found on the National OA Site at: https://oa-bsa.org/article/thrive-national-webinar-local-commitment.
