Please note – our policy period runs from March 1st, 2025 – March 1st, 2026. Certificates for events after March 1st, 2026 will be issued in late February 2026 when we receive the new documents from Scouting America.
Please note that our Certificates of Insurance are issued on a weekly basis. Please allow up to one business week for processing.
If this is for a fundraiser, please make sure to also complete a Unit Money Earning Application and submit it to your District Executive. This form is NOT required for the Council Product Sale (popcorn and nuts).
