Wolf's Lair - Junior Leader Training

Wolf’s Lair is Hawk Mountain Council’s program for developing youth leaders. The syllabus complements the curriculum from the Wood Badge for the 21st Century program for adult leaders. The National Youth Leadership Training syllabus that Wolf’s Lair uses models a month in the life of a troop. It is a six day outdoor experience that provides an integrated approach to the application of leadership skills at the unit level.

All course participants must be at least a First Class Scout and have the approval of their Scoutmaster. There are no other restrictions to attendance.

This year's course will run August 9 through August 14 at the Hawk Mountain Scout Reservation, and the theme is "A Chance To Make  A Difference".  Registration is limited, and must be received no later than June 1, 2008.
