CAMPING

YEAR-ROUND USE

The fall, winter, and spring facilities at Hawk Mountain offer both tent camping and lodges. Tent camping is a Scout skill to be enjoyed year around. The lodges, their capacities and cost are listed in The Year Round Leader Guidebook.

Who may use these facilities? Boy Scout Troops from inside and outside our council, Webelos Dens for parent and son camping, and outside groups. Non-Scouting use of the facility requires a certificate of insurance and a hold harmless agreement. For non-Hawk Mountain Council units, a Tour Permit is required. This permit must be presented upon arrival.

Weekends throughout the year will find our Campmaster Corps on duty. Campmasters assist with check-in and check-out procedures and may offer special program opportunities. Campmasters are available throughout your stay to assist wherever possible in making your unit's visit successful.
